Description
A free-form 10mm x 16.5mm piece of Roman glass is set in a hammered finish polished sterling silver pendant. Sitting atop the pendant is a freshwater pearl pendant with a tri-flower design. The pendants are suspended from a round box chain necklace, also sterling silver. Roman glass is an ancient artifact from the Roman Empire. Originally thought to be used as drinking or water vessels, the glass shards have spent millennia interacting with the mineral-rich soil of Israel, giving Roman glass its distinctive and unique patina.
