Shipping and Returns



Products will leave Andre’s Fine Jewelers within the "ships within" time frame stated in the details on that specific products page. Once your product has been shipped you will be notified via email with the shipping and tracking information for your package (Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s system to populate your tracking information). Estimated delivery times are dependent upon the shipping method chosen. For ground shipping, please allow 2-7 days from the shipping date. We also offer Two-Day and Overnight shipping methods. These time frames are estimates only and are dependent upon the carrier and weather conditions. Delays or losses due to the carrier or weather conditions will not be eligible for a discount or refund.


Andre’s Fine Jewelers will ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. When shipping to these addresses, please note that shipment is done by the military postal service and may take longer to deliver than with standard carriers. Also, please include the following in the shipping information:

  • Service member’s full name, including the unit and APO , FPO, or DPO
  • Address, including the nine-digit zip code, if provided
  • Return address please

For our local customers, we also offer package pick-up. Simply select “Pick Up” from the shipping options. You will be notified via email when your purchase is ready for pick-up at our beautiful downtown Brighton, Michigan showroom.


Return and Refund Policies


Andre’s Fine Jewelers offers a 30-day return/exchange policy. If your item(s) are eligible for return, you will have 30 days from the original ship date of your item(s) to return them for a full refund or exchange (all shipping charges are non-refundable). Refunds may take up to three weeks to process. Please note that if an item is being exchanged,

a new one will not be shipped out until the original one is received and inspected by our quality team.


The item(s) must be in the condition they were sent to you, in the original packaging. Any signs of modifications, damage, or wear will void the eligibility of a refund. Returns will be inspected by our quality team before any refunds are processed. Andre’s Fine Jewelers reserves the right to deny refunds on items that are not returned in in-stock condition.


If you would like to return or exchange an item you purchased from us, please call one of our friendly representatives at 810-225-1414 and they will gladly help you. To expedite the process, please have your order number ready.


Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Also, we strongly recommend that you ensure your item(s) are securely packaged. Andre’s Fine Jewelers is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping
