He works within your budget and was a true joy to work with. Before coming to Andre's, I shopped around and found people pushy/over our price range/etc. Andre gives you true customer service and he updated me every step of the way to design my ring. I was really worried about the ring - designing it and not being able to see it until it was done. He sent me rendered pictures and allowed me to see the waxing to help comfort my worries. I wanted to sell my yellow gold jewelry and have new rings designed using diamonds from those items. I checked several local jewelers but was not impressed with their prices, plus none had design services. I found Andre's online and learned they were paying almost 50% more than any local jewelers, definitely making it worth the hour drive. They have a wonderful selection of rings on display, which helped me decide how to design my new white gold rings. But the best feature of the shop is Andre himself. He is so knowledgeable and patient, plus explains why certain features are desirable (and what to avoid!). I am so pleased with my beautiful, one of a kind white gold diamond rings! Plus, I couldn't believe how reasonably they were priced. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Andre and Ian for any and all fine jewelry purchases and custom work. I came to them with a request that would be difficult for the most skilled craftsman to complete accurately. The ring was beautiful and of higher quality than I ever imagined. Their attention to detail, experience and knowledge made what could have been a nightmare into a great experience.
